WOMEN’S AUXILIARY. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Masterton Methodist Women’s Missionary Auxiliary was held in the Methodis Parsonage, the Rev. H. S. Kings presiding. After a short devotional period conducted by the chairman the annual reports of the secretary, treasurer and box organiser were read and were considered to be of a very encouraging nature. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: President, Mrs H. S. Kings; vice-presidents, Mesdames J. Cocker, F. G. Ruttei, L. Jansen and Miss M. Burton; sub-lead-ers, Mesdames L. Jansen, H. Speight, and Miss V. Jackson; secretary, Miss E. G. Beale; corresponding secretary, Mrs L Jansen; treasurer, Mrs A. J. Daysh; box organisers, Miss V. Jackson and Mesdames J. Andrew, E. J. Martin and P. Jopson; stamp secretary, Mrs G. Blane; birthday league secretary, Mrs R Jamieson; organists, Mesdames H. Speight and W. F. Hansen: room convenor Mrs C. R. Goudge; representative to leader’s and quarterly meetings, Mrs H. S. Kings. Afternoon tea was served by Mesdames Jansen and Speight.
