The United States Supreme Court, according to a Washington message, has denied the petitions for. a writ of habeas corpus entered on behalf of the eight Nazis who entered the United States from a U-boat, and are accused of being saboteurs. The effect of the ruling is to uphold the validity of the trial of the Nazis before a military commission and also the order of President Roosevelt creating the commission.
