monarchist anthem REINSTATED. NATIONAL SALUTE DEFINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) MADRID, July 21. General Franco has decreed the reinstating of the Marcha Grandera as Spain’s national anthem. It was played until the fall of the monarchy. The decree defines the national salute as an extended arm, with outstretched hand, raised slightly above the head level.
