SEQUEL IN COURT. PxCCUSED COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DANNEVIRKE, July 17. In the Magistrate’s Court Louis Patrick Moody, a soldier, pleaded guilty to having at Dannevirke assaulted another soldier, causing actual bodily harm. The charge was a sequel to. a stab in the back with a pocket knife after a fight. The accused said he lost his temper and that drink was the cause of the trouble. He was committed to the Supreme Court at Wellington for sentence. The actual injury was not serious.
