USED CARS

FINDING BRISK MARKET IN AUSTRALIA. IN SPITE OF RESTRICTIONS. (Special Australian Correspondent.) SYDNEY, July 14. A large motor auctioneering firm today sold more than £6OOO worth of used cars in 90 minutes. The managing director of the firm said it was a common occurrence for munition workers and other big wageearners to pay as much as £4OO cash for a used car. Increased spending power appeared the only reason foi this unconscionably heavy trading.
