GREYTOWN SCOUTS
— ANNUAL MEETING. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. (“Times-Age” Special.) There was a poor attendance at the annual meeting of the Greytown Scout Committee held in the Scout Den. Thirteen apologies for absence were received. The District Commissioner, Mr Roy Barton, was present and addressed the meeting. The annual balance sheet showed that £2B had been expended during the year. There was a credit balance of £l3, while assets amounted to £42. The Scout and Cub reports showed that the Scouts numbered 28 and the Cubs 24. The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, Mr H. J. Farley; secretary-treasurer, Mr N. H. Langford; hon. auditor, Mr W. J. Knell; delegates to district committee, Messrs Farley and Langford.
