OBITUARY

MRS W. H. TRUDGEON. The death occurred yesterday at her residence, Hessey Street, of an old and highly respected resident of Masterton in the person of Mrs W. H. Trudgeon. Mrs Trudgeon was born at Waikari, North Canterbury, 65 years ago, and came to Masterton about 50 years ago with her parents,. Mr and Mrs Wm. Reeves, She possessed a bright and cheerful disposition and was an active worker in the Salvation Army and took an active interest in many young people’s organisations in Masterton. She had been in poor health for the past five years and had been an invalidfor three years. She is survived by her husband and an adopted daughter, Mrs G. M. Savage, Masterton. _ The funeral will take place on Friday following a servee at 2 p.m. at the Salvaten Army Citadel.
