The military trial of the eight alleged German saboteurs landed from a U-boat, have been resumed. The Attorney-General (Mr Biddle) announced the arrest of fourteen alleged associates of the eight persons under trial, including four women. The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Mr J. Edgar - Hoover) said the fourteen arrested persons allegedly gave shelter to the saboteurs and furnished them with assistance. All fourteen were aware of the arrival of eight alleged saboteurs from Germany on a secret mission and none of them attempted to inform the authorities of this.
