LOCAL ASSOCIATION. CHAMPIONSHIP CONTESTS. The local championships were continued last evening in the Town Hall. The best games of the evening were between Lancers and Banks, and Codys and W.F.C.A., in the A Grade and McKenzies and Me Duffs in the B Grade. The following are the results of the various games:—■ United 4. Cathies 2: W.F.C.A. 10. Codys 2; State Kitchenette B 13, Sparklets 3; Lancers 28. Banks 5, A.S.C., 12, Solway 11; State Kitchenette A 12. Post and Telegraph 4; State Kitchenette C 6. Rangers 0; McKenzie 10, McDuffs 4; W.F.C.A.., 6, Cathies 0; C. Smiths 2, Garages 0; Air Force 2, Ruahine 0.
