Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today:— Barograph, 30.20; sha'de temperature, maximum. 66.6; minimum, 47.3; terrestrial, 37; sunshine, 6 hours 18 minutes; rain, trace. PHASES OF THE MOON. JULY. Third quarter, July 5. New moon, July 14. First quarter, July 21. Full moon, July 28. Draw blinds at 5.35 p.m. today; raise them at 7.17 a.m. tomorrow.
