Stoppages in the coal industiy in New South Wales were furthei condemned last night by the Fedeial Leader of the Opposition, Mr Fadden, who complained that the patience of the public was exhausted because of the Government’s failure to take stern action against the miners. , Mr Fadden said the Governments kid glove methods had failed dismally to meet the position. The time had come to cease pandering to the recalcitrant element and to adopt the measures rendered necessary by war time exigencies.
