Boddington reports that 7 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today. PHASES OF THE MOON. JULY. Third quarter, July 5. New moon, July 14. First quarter, July 21. Full moon, July 28. Draw blinds at 5.35 p.m. today; raise them at 7.17 a.m. tomorrow.
