WEST SCHOOL
HOME ASSOCIATION. The Masterton West Home and School Association has embarked on a campaign to improve the surroundings of the school and generally to assist any movement associated with the progress of the institution. Already substantial funds have been collected by means of entertainments and further efforts are to be made in the near future. In connection with a recent gathering the competition held was won by Miss M. Whiteman, of Lansdowne. At a meeting of the committee on July 7 final arrangements are to be made in connection with the gala to be held on Saturday, July 1-1.
