NON-ESSENTIAL CIVILIANS INVITED TO LEAVE. GENERAL EMMONS’S WARNING. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 22. General Emmons has invited non-es-sential civilians to leave Hawaii. He warned that it was dangerous and wishful thinking to believe that Hawaii was immune from attack because of the Midway Island victory.
