AIR OFFENSIVE
RUHR AND RHINELAND BOMBED- AGAIN MINES LAID IN ENEMY WATERS. EIGHT BRITISH AIRCRAFT LOST. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, June 17. Objectives in the Ruhr and the Rhineland were raided last night by the R.A.F. Eight bombers were lost. Mines were also laid in enemy waters. A single enemy plane over the south of England last night did slight damage, two people being killed.
