VITAL STATISTICS FIGURES FOR MAY. (“Times-Age” Special.) Three births, one marriage and four deaths were registered in Featherston during May. Rainfall Record. There were twenty wet days in Featherston during May, the total rainfall being 9.46 inches. The heaviest fall was 2.70 inches on May 8. Last year 5.45 inches of rain were registered in May in Featherston, there being nine wet days. Fellowship of Youth. The members of the Fellowship of Youth spent a very enjoyable time in the Parish Hall on Monday evening with games and competitions. ’ Songs were. given by the Rev J. R. Higgs, Misses Olwyn Clapshaw, Alma Cassidy and Dorothy Raper. COSY THEATRE “CITY FOR CONQUEST.” Tonight’s programme will be headed by the sensational drama, “City for Conquest,” featuring.
