HARRIER ACTIVITIES

KIATERE CLUB TRAINING RUN. A solid training run was held by members of the Kiatere Harrier Club on Saturday from the Y.M.C.A. There was a good muster of runners, and the course, which embraced a “good variety of country, covered about four miles. In the run-in over the last mile, N. Jacobsen was first home, with W. McDonald second and G. Belt third. Next week another training run will be held, and harriers serving with th'e armed forces, or anyone desiring to keep themselves physically fit, are Especially invited to attend, and Will b'e made very welcome by the club. Running will commence at 2.30 p.m.
