NEW ZEALAND GOOD WISHES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Following is a copy of a telegram sent to the King by his Excellency the Governor-General: —“On this day, set aside in New Zealand for the observance of your Majesty's birthday, I have the honour to tender to you, with my humble duty, the sincere and loyal good wishes of the Government and people of New Zealand, together with an assurance of their steadfast devotion to your Majesty’s throne and person.”
