A message from Moscow states that Marshal Timoshenko’s offensive has liberated at least four cities in the Kharkov Province and a large number of settlements. Stores were reopened in one city which have already in three weeks sold nearly 1,500,000 roubles’ worth of goods. Large consignments of goods have been sent to all the liberated districts.
