OBITUARY

MRS E. E. HILLS. A well-known resident of Masterton, Mrs Emma Elizabeth Hills, died suddenly at her residence, 32 Roberts Road, Masterton, yesterday. Mrs Hills was born in England in 1868 and came to New Zealand with her husband 33 years ago. Since then she had resided in Masterton, where her husband, who predeceased her three years ago, followed farming pursuits at Akura. Mrs Hills is survived by one son (Mr H. H. Hills, of College Street) and one daughter ,Mrs R. Emerson, First Street, Lansdowne). In addition there are three grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. The interment will be a private one.
