RAIDS ON BRITAIN

CASUALTIES LAST MONTH. 938 PEOPLE KILLED. LONDON, 'May 14. In air raids on England last month 938 people were killed; 122 were children. The seriously injured totalled 998. This evening some bombs were dropped at a place on the south-west coast. No damage or casualties were reported.
