TOTAL WAR EFFORT
“—ST IN VIEW OF GRAVE OUTLOOK IN PACIFIC PROPOSALS BY THE R.S.A. DEPUTATION TO PREMIER TOMORROW. (By Telegranh—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. In view of the extreme gravity of the war situation in the Pacific, the New Zealand R.S.A. will place before the Prime Minister (Mr Fraser) tomorrow morning proposals to achieve a total war effort by New Zealand in the acute crisis which confronts the country, says an announcement made by the 'R.S.A. president, the Hon. W. Perry, M.L.C.
