Weather fair to fine. Temperatures milder. FURTHER OUTLOIK: Weather gradually becoming unsettled. LOCAL REPORT. Mr N. W. Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today:— Barograph, 30.30. Shade temperature: Maximum 63.3, minimum 33.1, terrestrial 27.1. Sunshine, 8 hours 54 min. Frost, 3.3 degrees. PHASES OF THE MOON—New moon, May 15; first quarter, May 23; full moon, May 30. Draw blinds at 6 p.m. today; raise them at 6.51 a.m. tomorrow.
