DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS

DECREES NISI GRANTED. In the Supreme Court at Wellington yesterday, Charles Nicholson Cole,, of Masterton, painter, petitioned Thirza Ivy Cole for a divorce on the ground of her failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights. Mr Justice Ostler granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute after the expiration of three calendar months. Stanley Gordon Rule, formerly of Masterton, proceeded against Lily Elizabeth Rule for a divorce on the ground of separation for three years. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after the expiration of three calendar months. Mr R. R. Burridge, of Masterton, appeared for the petitioner in each case.
