Weather fine with mild temperatures. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Fair. LOCAL REPORT. Mr N. W. Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today:— Barograph, 30.10. Shade temperature: Maximum 56.1, minimum 40, terrestrial 32.5. Sunshine ,18 minutes. Rain, 5 points. Mr H. M. Boddington reports that 5 points of rain fell at Solway dining the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today. PHASES OF THE MOON—New moon, May 15; first quarter, May 23; full moon, May 30. Draw blinds at 6 p.m. today; raise them at 6.50 a.m. tomorrow.
