GOLF CLUB ANNUAL MEETING. '“Tin-.es-Age” Spei-ial.) -At the annual meeting of the Eketahuna Golf Club, the president, Mr R. Dickson, in his report tc members on the previous season’s activities, congratulated them on the sound position of the club alter a somewhat difficult season. He said that in his opinion, an endeavour should bo made to carry on this year. Tin’s view was accepted by those present at the meeting. The following officers were elected for the ensuing season:—Patron, Mr F. White; president, Mr 11. Dickson; vicepresident, Dr. E. iVI. Simmers? club captain, Mr M. B. Shale; vice-captam, Mr A.. B. Fordyce; ccmmiiicu. lAcssrs W. K. Quinlivan. D. I’kcser and J. il. Hanclyside; auditor, Mr J. If. Handyside; handicapper. Mr I’. S. Page: secretary, Mr O. Wallen. it was decided that the club continue its affiliation with the N.Z. Goll Association, and that the fixing of a date for the opening of the season be left in the hands of the president and lite committee. PATRIOTIC APPEAL DONATIONS ACKNOWLEDGED.
