GREEK REFUGEES
NOT TO BE EXTRADITED BY TURKEY. NAZI DEMAND REJECTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, April 30. Greek circles in London reveal that Turkey, under the terms of international law, rejected a German demand for the extradition of Greek prisoners of war who succeeded in escaping to Turkey. A Note to Germany stated that Turkey regarded these prisoners as political refugees, who would be subjected to reprisals if returned to Greece.
