The following entries have been received for the Wairarapa Coursing Club’s tin hare championships which will be held at Rugby Park tomorrow afternoon, commencing at 2 o’clock, this being the last meeting of the season:— ■

Novice.—lst heat: Orui Lady, Wind Up,Royal Silver, Royal Step. 2nd heat: Wong Tai, Gold Pariel, Phantom Gold. Wairarapa Championship.—lst heat: Lord Wilga, Julius Caesar, Arim Bey. 2nd heat: Desert Gold, Royal Routine, The Admiral. Juvenile Stakes. —Lady Robin, Robin Hood, Pilot Officer.

Puppy Stake.—Hurricane, Royal Step, Happy Ending. Wairarapa Championship Hurdles. —Ballaramaine, Wong Tai. Ladies’ Plate.—lst heat: Arim Bey, Desert Gold, Royal Routine. 2nd heat: Spitfire Joe, Democrat, Back Loop Slam. Limit Stakes.—lst heat: Flying Ace, Democrat, Tamatete. Second heat: Macawber’s Worry, Wind Up, Royal Silver. The live hare coursing season will open on Saturday, May 9, at the Akura Plumpton.
