STATEMENT BY ADMIRAL STANDLEY.

(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.30 p.m.) KUIBYSHEV, April 30.

“As far as I know, we are pretty well up to our commitments to Russia,” said the United States envoy, Admiral Standley, in a statement on the flow of supplies from the United States to Russia. The flow, he said, had recovered, after a temporary falling off as a result of the outbreak of the Pacific war.
