KEEN DEMAND AT PAHIATUA. The Associated Auctioneers report on the above sale. A medium yarding of sheep, comprising ewes and lambs,- and a few wethers were offered to a medium attendance of local and outside buyers. All classes were in keen demand, and realisations show an advance on last week’s rates. Quotations: Aged ewes 16s, 15s 7s to ids 9d' m.a. S.D. ewes (fat) 19s Id to 17s Id, fat lambs 31s 6d to 235. shorn w. lambs (good) 18s 4d to 17s, medium shorn lambs 16s 6d to 15s 9d, b.f. lambs 19s 4d to 16s Id, small b.f. lambs 13s 6d to 12s 9d, w.w. lambs 16s 6d to 13s 4d fat wethers 28s, ewe lambs 17s 6d, 17s Id to 15s.
