OBITUARY
MRS JANE WHITEMAN. The death occurred this morning of Mrs Jane Whiteman in her 87th year. The late Mrs Whiteman, who was born in Sydney, came io New Zealand when she was a child and had resided in various parts of the Wairarapa for the past 60 years. Her husband, Mr William Whiteman, predeceased her 14 years ago. She is survived by three sons, Messrs George (Masterton), James (Rangiotu) and Robert (Feilding) and by two daughters, Mesdamcs J. Oliver and E. Groube (Masterton). The interment, which will take place at the Grey town Cemetery, will be a private one. _
