NORTH WAIRARAPA COMMITTEE. ANNUAL, MEETING LAST NIGHT. Members stood in silence as a mark of respect to those who had made the supreme sacrifice in the war. Officers were elected as follow:— Chairman, Mr F. Pickering; hon.. secretary, Mr H. W. Dale; delegate to Wellington Acclimatisation Society, Mr Dale; committee, Messrs C. Pickering, D. Harding, S. Geary, W. Heckler, D. Woodley, Boustridge, K. Aplin, F. Palmer and G. Burkett. It was noticeable that fishermen refrained from voting on shooting questions.
