Flight Lieutenant Compton will give a “calling New Zealand” broadcast on the 8.8. C. Pacific service at 8.15 a.m. Greenwich mean time, on April 17. Flight Lieutenant Compton is commander of the crack New Zealand Spitfire Squadron which has destroyed 18 enemy planes, probably destroyed eleven and damaged eight.
