FOUND DEAD

COUPLE WITH HEADS IN GAS OVEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. J. Laurie, of 12 Riddiford Street, a florist, and his wife, Josephine Norton Laurie, were today found at their residence with their heads in a gas oven. A note was found. The couple had apparently been dead for at least a week and the gas was still running. It is understood that the tragedy was discovered by another resident in the same building.
