EKETAHUNA

ST. CUTHBERT’S CHURCH ANNUAL MEETING OF GUILD. (“Times-Age” Special.) At the annual meeting of St. Cuthbert’s Church Ladies’ Guild, the following officers were elected for the ensuing year: —President, Mrs G. EWilliams; vice-presidents, Miss M.♦ Anderson/ Mesdames Simmers, Christie and Carter; secretary, Mrs M. Tolley; treasurer, Mrs Gray; committee, all members of the Guild; buying committee, Mesdames Dawson, Bowering, and Gray. Mrs Coster was elected a life member. The balance sheet was adopted. A vote of thanks was passed to Mr A. Gray for having audited the books. It was decided to send a vote of sympathy to Mrs V. H. Kitcat (Marton) who is ill. Mrs Kitcat is a foundation member of the Guild. Personal Items. Mesdames Gray and Horton spent Easter in Wellington. Mr and Mrs J. Berney have returned home after having visited Mr and Mrs J. Berney, Pownall Street, Masterton.
