IN SHORT SUPPLY
CUPS & SAUCERS FOR USE IN CAMPS. PATRIOTIC BOARD APPEAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Owing to the difficulty of meeting the acute shortage of breakfast cups and saucers for institutional huts in camps, largely due to the extensive Home Defence mobilisation, the Patriotic Fund Board, through provincial councils and zone committees, is inviting the assistance of householders and others. Cups particularly are wanted. The crockery, however, should not be cracked or badly chipped.
