INTERHOUSE DANCE

MUNICIPAL HALL THRONGED. There was a large attendance of dancers, including many visitors, at the Wairarapa Interhouse Association’s dance, held in the Municipal Hall on Saturday- night. The gathering proved a most enjoyable and successful one. Mr J. W. Henderson proved an able M.C., and Barnes’s Orchestra provided the dance music, extras being played by Mr J .West. The floor was in excellent order. The winners of special prizes were: — Lucky spot, Miss Joyce Taylor and Gunner Riddley; Monte Carlo, Mrs Gray (North Auckland) and Mr Ewington; lucky partner, Mrs Parker and Major Hogg.
