FOUND IN YARD
OFFENDER BEFORE COURT. Arrested at 10.40 o’clock last night by Constable R. Bell, a bushman, Stanley Edward Gibbs, of Miki Miki, aged 38 years, appeared before Messrs H. E. Pither and E. M. Hodder, J’s.P,, at a special sitting of the Masterton Magistrate's Court, held at the Police Station, this morning on a charge of having been found without lawful excuse in the yard of Rolphs Ltd., Queen Street, but without intent to commit any other offence. Defendant was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within six months.
