APPEAL TO FARMERS
ALL OIL DRUMS NEEDED. STORAGE OF AVIATION FUEL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Additional storage space for aviation fuel is urgently required and the Dominion President of the Farmers’ Union (Mr W. Mulholand) and Mr W. J. Polson, M.P., accordingly appeal to all farmers to deliver any empty oil fuel drums they may have to the nearest depot. It will be necessary to use all empty 44 gallon drums throughout the country.
