OBSERVANCE OF THE LAW. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Mr Percy Coyle, General Secretary of the National Council of the Licensed Liquor Trade, states: “The industry has been concerned for some time at the difficulties experienced in carrying out its obligations under the law, in the peculiar conditions of today, and is taking such steps as we have considered necessary to bring, about a rigid observation of the law.”
