RATIONS CUT

Official facts and figures disclose that recent broadcasts from Germany and occupied Europe indicate drastic cuts in food rations and a seizure of farm crops; also black market operations throughout Europe. All Europe is being called on for further sacrifices. Germany has reduced bread, fat and meat rations, beginning on April 1.
