NAZI BLUE PRINT
BAIT TO SECURE FRENCH COLLABORATION. Radio-Paris, Nazi-controlled broadcasting station, laid the following Nazi blue print before French listeners m impress them not only with its importances but to show the desilabi i y of French collaboration. _ “Cur Continent of Europe,” said the announcer, “united with Africa, would be in a position to thrive without having to trade with America. Only as far as mineral wealth is concerned is the Eur-Africa bloc inferior to America. We are convinced that, no matter how long the conflict lasts, the countries of Europe, with the third winter, will have left the worst days of the war behind. “Two military events are to take place which will enable the oiganisation of Eur-African economy. First. Bolshevism is to be destroyed. This will enable the exploitation of Russia, which could legitimately be desciibed as the India of Europe. Second, the British are to be driven from the Mediterranean, which is an enclosed sea belonging to Europe and a vital means cf communication between Africa and Europe. “France, in view of the importance of her African possessions, will be called upon to play a role of the first importance in this organisation if, of ■course, she understands what attitude she must adopt.”
