MASTERTON STOCK SALE
EASING IN SHEEP PRICES.' — WAn easing in prices for sheep \,as evident when the opening pens were sold at the Masterton stock sale today. An entry of 1700 sheep came forward. Prices were: —Fat 2-th S.D. ewes, 21s 6d; breeding 2-th ewes, 20s Id; 4-th ewes, 17s 9d; 6-th ewes, 15s 9d, 12s; 4-yr ewes, 14s 2d.
