LATE REV. PERCY PARIS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Rev. Percy Paris, minister of Wesley Church, Taranaki Street, whose death is reported in an earlier message, was taken ill before the evening service. He entered the ministry in 1906 and his stations included Dominion Road (Auckland), Hamilton and St. Kilda. He had been in Wellington for seven years. Twenty years ago he was organiser for the League of Young Methodists, which has had 8,000 members. He edited the “Methodist Times” for a number of years.
