O, MESSAGE TO M. BLUM. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 23. The following telegram has been sent to M. Blum at Riom: — “The undersigned representatives of the Labour and Socialist parties of those countries on the Continent which are occupied by the Germans send to M. Blum and his colleagues an expression of their fraternal solidarity and admiration of French democracy and liberty.” It is signed by L. de Brouckere and C. Husmans (Belgium), J. W. Albarda (Netherlands), A. Ordning (Norvzay), A. Ciokose (Poland), G. Winter and J. Zinner (Czechoslovakia), K. Czornetz and O. Pollak (Austria), W. Carillo and L. Arraguistain (Spain) and V. Bodson (Luxembourg).
