COMPULSORY SERVICE
EXTENSION IN CANADA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11 a.m.) OTTAWA, March 24. The Prime Minister, Mr W. L. Mackenzie King, introduced in the House of Commons a proclamation providing for compulsory military training and home defence duties for all men up to 30 years of age. Previously only mon aged 20 to 24 were affected.
