TEST FLIGHTS IN FRANCE. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, March 22. The German news agency says it is reported from Paris that the first French 43-ton transatlantic flyingboat, of the 161 P type, the largest the world has known, has undergone test flights.
