EARTHQUAKE SHOCKS
RECORDED IN GERMANY. / EPICENTRE IN CHINA SEA. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11 a.m.) LONDON, March 23. Two severe earthquake shocks were recorded in Central Germany yesterday morning, says the Berlin radio. The epicentre was, it is believed, in the South China Sea.
