ANNUAL DANCE

STATE KITCHENETTE CLUB. •• •> There was an attendance of over 400 at the annual dance of the State Kitchenette Club, held in the Municipal Hall last night. The gathering proved a most enjoyable and successful one. The M’s.C. were Messrs B. McHattie and J. Henderson and Pool’s Blue River Band played the dance music. The winners of the competitions were:— Lucky spot one-step, Miss J. Nielson and Private N. Harris; Monte Carlo waltz, Miss Jones and Mr M. Rippon; lucky partners, Miss Evans and Corporal Bouzaid; Miss H. Sutherland and Private Beck. Supper was served by the club. '
