PIONEER FORCE
CIVIL DEFENCE IN INDIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) NEW DELHI, March 8. The Government, by decree, has created a new civil defence pioneer force, officered by Indians and to be recruited from British India’s eleven provinces. Duties include the maintenance of essential supplies and services.
